[UW] Forum Comments System 1.8.9

bug fix

use case:

Forum allows guest / unregistered posts, however to appear they require moderator approval.

1. A guest creates a comment and it appears in the moderation queue as expected.
2. When I approve the post, nothing happens and it stays in the moderation queue.

So this is fixed now.
