[UW] Forum Comments System 2.0.0

Updated to work for xF 2.2.x. This version is not possible to use for xF 2.1.x

Maximum message length should now work for comments too.
Whatever is set in the admin under Setup->Options->Messages is this: should work for comments the same way.
